Scope & Responsibility
What we do
Lotus Meridian Supply provides project-based sourcing, customization, sampling, production coordination, and export-side communication for fitness, wellness, and promotional product clients.
What is outside our scope
We do not position ourselves as a sourcing partner for ingestibles, supplements, medical products, or other highly regulated goods. We are not a marketplace, not a catalog vendor, and not a wholesaler.
Compliance & import
Product compliance, import requirements, duties, customs clearance, and destination-country regulations are reviewed according to each project's product type, destination, and client responsibilities. Final import responsibility rests with the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Engagement
Specifications, quantities, timelines, sampling, and commercial terms are agreed in writing on a per-project basis before production begins.
